Helen Moss
Helen likes to be playful and include different movement styles into her yoga offering creating a practice that supports people in their everyday life as well as on their mat. Her approach is very relaxed, invitational, mindful and friendly, offering a space for people to connect to themselves with gentleness through movement, breath and rest.
Working as a yoga teacher since 2008 and as a yoga therapist since 2020 Helen has a vast knowledge of the power of yoga and appropriate ways of sharing practices. Her offerings bring together the wisdom of yoga philosophy with modern psychology, neuroscience and physiology. Her years of teaching and study have shown her yoga isn’t static, it is an ever evolving experience that can meet people where they are rather a one size fits all.
More than anything Helen is all about sharing yoga in a way that is anchored in kindness, humility, humour and a deep sense of welcome.
